How can I return my product?
In case you want to return your product that you bought from www.populergiyim.com due to a defect causing from products (cargo damage, production error, right of withdrawal, etc.) after receipt, you should send your product to our address by writing your claim on the Invoice within 14 days following your receipt of the products. Please pay attention to the considerations written in “Return Conditions” below while sending us the products. After your product is delivered to us, relevant departments will examine it and confirm replacement. This process takes approximately 2-5 business days.
How can I replace the season-product I bought?
You can change your product either via www.populergiyim.com or our Center. For replacement via www.populergiyim.com, the same process as the return applies.
How can I replace the discounted product?
You can replace your product directly either via www.populergiyim.com or our Center. For replacement via www.populergiyim.com, the same process as the return applies. In case you used any discounts belonging to e-store such as coupon code, discount cheque, gift cheque etc., they will all become invalid in the event of replacements to be made from the stores. The current sales price of the product in the store will apply and the promotions applied will be applicable.
Will I pay for return mailing?
In case you prefer cargo company we are contracted with for the delivery, you will not pay any mailing fee. You may mail through UPS Cargo with the ‘V562A3’ code. You can send your mailing with Aras Kargo free of charge using client code of 1832348851105 as to be received from Giyimkent Branch. In case you prefer a cargo company other than Aras Kargo and UPS for return, client pays the mailing costs.
How many days does return process take?
The return process is 14 days following the receipt of the product, in accordance with “Right to Withdraw without Reason” article of Consumer Law. For the returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product within thirty days following the date you received it.
How much time later will I receive the reimbursement after return?
www.populergiyim.com checks whether or not do returned products are in compliance with the return conditions. Once your return is confirmed and once we reimburse the money, you will receive an e-mail regarding this. The time regarding deposition of the return amount to your account is determined by your bank and we cannot intervene in it.
What are return conditions?
– Delivery of the product to us as non-damaged, non-used, not damaged causing from usage,
– Submission of the product together with the return form placed at the back of the sales invoice.
– If the invoice is issued for a company, the product should be returned with a return invoice issued as “Unit Price of the Product + VAT”, cargo excluded, issued by the relevant company. The order returns of which invoices are issued for the companies will not be accepted unless a return invoice is issued.
– You are obliged to return the product with the same conditions of it when you bought it, and to pay the loss of the goods in their commercial value causing from usage, if used.

The address applicable for returns is specified below. Please specify “”İNTERNET SATIŞI İADE DEPARTMANI”” as receiver of your cargo. You can send free of charge through UPS Kargo using code V562A3 or through Aras Kargo using code 1832348851105.
